Animal Crossing: GameCube vs. City Folk (Wii)

When it comes to Animal Crossing games on home systems (the GameCube game and City Folk on Wii), I like them both about equally. But of course, each game has its advantages over the other. I am going to list those advantages to each game as I see them. The bigger advantages will be in larger text, and so on.

Better music
Flowers don't need to be watered
More villagers in town (15 vs. 10)
Train rides to other towns
Can have multiple towns using memory cards
Catalog is far superior
Animal conversations are more interesting
Nookington's is open later
Sports fair
Cherry Blossom Festival
Tropical island
The outdoor gyroid
More random events
Can go inside lighthouse during Tortimer's vacation
Igloos and summer campers
Sign boards let you place patterns anywhere in town
Save and continue
Collecting Gulliver items is infinitely easier
Festivals are more festive with animals laughing, dancing, etc.
Higher camera viewpoint makes it easier to see behind objects
You can ask animals for jobs at any time
Town is bigger
Animals look less like zombies
Acre system makes perfect town easier
Flowers not required for perfect town
Town has lighthouse from the beginning
Don't have to wait for mail flag to go down before you can move
Able Sisters is open later

City Folk (Wii) Advantages


Wi-Fi Online Gameplay
Much more storage available
Can take and save screenshots to SD card
More items
Can save/quit from anywhere in town
Can revert to previous Nook stores for better hours
Can upgrade town with fountain and lighthouse/windmill
Can design patterns for free without going to Able's
Can style your hair; not forced to wear viking hat
DLC
Blathers can identify fossils instantly
Can place patterns on ground to make paths
Christmas Eve isn't as tedious, since Jingle starts giving gifts sooner
Snowballs regenerate if destroyed, making snowmen easier to make
No acre-shift delay makes it quicker to get around
Can use emotions
Bunny Day (Easter)
Festivale
You can see the sky
Can get holiday items (from minor holidays) every year, not just first time
